Get Some Exercise!

For a few weeks we have been joined by Alex, a Muay Thai boxer, who has been leading exercise classes with the children. Only done in short bursts, he has been showing them how to use their whole body in movements to make sure they are stretching and testing every muscle. He has then gone through some of the basic moves with the older children. He has also helped in our football classes teaching our coach some warm up routines to avoid pulled mussels. It is so important for children to be active and they have really enjoyed it!
