We would like to wish all of our friends and supporters a Very Merry Christmas!
We had a fantastic day celebrating at the centre (a little early this year). The decorations were amazingly done by Leakana, who had made so much effort to make everything look festive. The children had practiced several dances, some traditional, some not, and some songs to perform. We also played lots of games and gave out our yearly Certificates of Achievement to the students.
We were delighted to have Sokheang return to act as guest MC and host of the party. The kids were all very happy to see him. We were also lucky enough to be joined by the staff from Shine, our sister NGO in Sihanoukville, who we hope to be working more with over the next few months. Everyone had worked so hard to bring it all together and it turned out to be a great day for everyone.
